The WW2Bunker Return & Refund Policy
At WW2Bunker.com, we want you to be thrilled with your gear. If something isn’t quite right—whether it’s a Joe that arrived with a broken limb or a book that isn't what you expected—we’ve got a clear plan of maneuver to get it sorted.
1. The 30-Day Recon Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you wait longer than that, the trail goes cold!
2. Eligibility Requirements
To ensure your return isn’t SNAFU, the item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, and unassembled).

Including all original tags and packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
Don't just ship it back to the front lines without a plan!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to the bunker without a prior request will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Inspect your chow and gear as soon as it arrives! If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Some items are "final sale" and cannot be sent back to HQ:

Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these.

Perishables/Personal Care: (Though we doubt you're buying flowers or beauty products from a bunker!)
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to swap your gear is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, go ahead and make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you a sitrep on whether the refund was approved.

Approved Refunds: Automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Delays: Remember, it can take your bank or credit card company a little extra time to post the funds.

Missing Refunds: If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don't see the credits, contact us at info@ww2bunker.com.
A Note for International Friends
While we currently focus on the USA, if a shipment does make its way to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided it meets the "same condition" standards listed above.
