The American paratrooper of WWII was one of the most highly trained and recognizable soldiers of the conflict. Outfitted in the specialized M1942 olive drab jump suit with its distinctive large cargo pockets, these troops were designed for maximum independent lethality. This set represents the squad in the chaotic moments following a jump, with NCOs attempting to gather their men and suppress local resistance. Figures feature iconic equipment such as the M1 'Pot' helmet with camouflage netting, Corcoran jump boots, and chest-mounted reserve chutes used by some during the initial assembly phase.\n\nThis high-detail resin set includes 5 infantry figures in dynamic combat and tactical poses. The physical inventory consists of one standing rifleman with an M1 Garand, one advancing trooper with a Thompson submachine gun, one kneeling soldier with an M1 Garand, one standing NCO in a camouflaged helmet signaling directions, and one prone rifleman providing covering fire from the ground.
