Designed by renowned figure sculptor Jeff Shiu in 1/16 scale (120mm), this half-figure shows a Tiger I commander in peaked cap, headset and binoculars, leaning out of his cupola. He represents the crews of the early-production Tigers that first saw combat on the Eastern Front and in Tunisia from late 1942. Includes the tank cupola.
Unlike 3D printed or plastic figures, this kit is cast in solid resin from Jeff Shiu's original master sculpts. You feel the difference the moment you pick it up: real weight in the hand, crisp detail down to stitching, buttons and equipment straps, and smooth surfaces with no print lines. That quality is why resin remains the choice of serious figure painters. Supplied unpainted and unassembled.
