Designed by renowned figure sculptor Jeff Shiu in 1/16 scale (120mm), this figure shows a US paratrooper in his M42 jump uniform, Thompson submachine gun in hand, shouting and waving his men forward. It is the classic image of the airborne troopers who dropped into Normandy and Holland in 1944.
Unlike 3D printed or plastic figures, this kit is cast in solid resin from Jeff Shiu's original master sculpts. You feel the difference the moment you pick it up: real weight in the hand, crisp detail down to stitching, buttons and equipment straps, and smooth surfaces with no print lines. That quality is why resin remains the choice of serious figure painters. Supplied unpainted and unassembled.
