Title
Following their scattered drops on D-Day, the 101st Airborne Division converged on the strategic town of Carentan. Tasked with clearing the town of German Fallschirmjäger defenders, the paratroopers engaged in brutal urban combat along the 'Purple Heart Lane' and within the city's narrow streets. These elite soldiers relied on their M1942 jump suits, reinforced with extra pockets to carry the massive amounts of ammunition required for sustained infantry engagement without immediate armored support.\n\nThis expansive resin set features 7 dynamic figures in various combat and tactical stances suitable for a street-fighting diorama. The inventory includes one trooper with a Thompson submachine gun, a squad leader signaling with hand gestures, one paratrooper in full jump harness and leg bag, three troopers in active firing or advancing poses with M1 Garands, and one kneeling marksman.
