Despite technical limitations of their equipment, Italian armored units were integral to Axis operations in the Mediterranean. These crews were often tasked with reconnaissance and mobile defense, fighting in the extreme heat and dust of the desert theater.\n\nThe set includes 12 miniatures: crew members in various sitting, standing, and action poses designed for use with M-series tank models.

About print supports: ArteJaol's sculpts are exceptionally detailed, and some of that detail needs extra care to arrive safely. On most figurines, we remove the print supports before shipping, so you can get straight to painting. Only minis with delicate parts, like a sword or bayonet, ship inside a protective resin casing with their supports attached; see the last product image for how to free them safely.

How to Recruit

  • Ballpark Intel: Sizes are rough estimates—no two manufacturing outfits cut to the exact same millimeter.
  • Real-Life Dogfaces: Figures reflect history. In the exact same scale, a six-foot-two general like Patton will naturally tower over an Audie Murphy.
  • Different Armories: A 1/35 from Maker A won’t always stand at attention identically to a 1/35 from Maker B.
  • Keep Your Platoon Uniform: Want a diorama that passes inspection? Recruit your squad from the same brand to keep your ranks squared away.
